Introducing my first Signature Recipe fudge flavor.  Snickerdoodle Fudge was inspired by the legendary cinnamon sugar cookie of the same name.  I have taken my original Vanilla Fudge and added plenty of cinnamon powder to give this flavor a unique taste.  Then, I top the fudge with a cinnamon sugar mixture to give it a similar texture to the cookie.  

Snickerdoodle Fudge debuted in early 2009, and it launched my line of Signature Recipe fudge flavors.  Since its introduction, Snickerdoodle Fudge has become my top-selling non-chocolate fudge flavor.  In raving about this flavor, my customers have compared it to cookie dough.  This makes sense because the smooth and creamy texture of the fudge makes it feel very much like a dough.  But make no mistake.  This is my gourmet fudge.  And because it is one of my signature recipes, you can be sure you won't find it anywhere else.
