People ask me why I don't make Divinity all year long.  I like to keep that flavor special and unique, so I normally make my original Divinity during the holidays.  I have changed the rules slightly, by creating a new twist on an old favorite.  

My "Signature Recipe" Pecan Caramel Nougat starts with my classic Divinity recipe.  I load this chewy nougat with plenty of roasted and lightly salted pecans, and then cover the entire slab with loads of buttery, delicious caramel.  This has become an instant favorite at all of my farmers' markest and major events.  Now it is available to you, right here on my website.
